ToKen B.B.Q. really started as a love for great food but I never thought it would become what it has today. I started off with a little bullet smoker, the kind you see rusting in most backyards. That little smoker led me to building a "big" smoker with the help of my Dad and the permission of my wife. I could "only" hold 300 lbs in this one. It turns out that I soon needed more capacity as the fame of ToKen's taste spread. Later that summer, I needed to attend a family emergency thankfully my neighbor and good friend, Ken, was there to cover my gig's. The relationship grew and now we own a fantastic business that serves local patrons at our restaurant, festivals and city events, and can cater very large events.
